CU DirectAuto is seeking self-motivated individuals to work from their own locations, keep their own hours, and be in control of their own income. As an outside sales representative you will have the full support of our experienced inside sales team and our customer relations department.

We have an immediate need for Business Development/Outside Sales Reps to generate leads and business for California's Premier Auto Buying Service. We are searching for above average sales reps that really want to earn above average income. Desired candidates will be professional sales people with proven track records of success in their respective fields. Leads come from current personal and business acquaintances, cold calling businesses and former customers, and dynamic personal marketing.

CU DirectAuto doesn't just sell cars; we make the auto buying process SIMPLE. We hire smart, talented individuals and provide ongoing training support and development to ensure that they become proven experts in our industry. You will need to report to our corporate office for sales meetings and training, but you can work from home and set your own schedule once you are comfortable with our sales process. We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and has the entrepreneurial spirit to work independently and possibly manage their own sales team. This is the ideal position for a highly motivated individual who enjoys professional selling with unlimited earnings potential.

Experience Needed:

· High School Diploma or GED (Some College preferred)
· 1 year of sales experience cold calling and maintaining client relationships.
· Ability to communicate articulately while effectively adjusting and presenting message to prospective customers and business partners.
· Ability to sell service over actual goods.
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
