CU DirectAuto Receives 2008 Best of
U.S. Local Business Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
WASHINGTON D.C., December 2, 2008 – CU DirectAuto has been selected for the 2008 Best of Lancaster Award in the Auto Buying Service category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).
The USLBA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USLBA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2008 USLBA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USLBA and data provided by third parties.

CU DirectAuto Receives 2007 "Customer Satisfaction Award"
"This is indeed a milestone in our growth", said Rick Case V.P. of Operations for CU DirectAuto. "We just make it our goal to reward all of our credit union partners and their members with our best practices as an auto buying service."
According to Garrett Zander of Auto Marketing Group, "each year we look through our list of approved dealers for the dealer that merits this achievement award."
"The criterion is simple: 1) Timely handling of credit union members' requests to purchase a vehicle, 2) locating the best price and terms for the member, 3) customer education in the auto buying process, 4) regular updates to the members' credit union, and 5) efficient delivery of their vehicle. Additionally, credit union members are polled and their responses are weighed heavily in the award consideration."
Echoing Mr. Zander's statement are comments by recent CU DirectAuto customer Martin Randenberg. "I really appreciate what CU DirectAuto has done for me. They were extremely fast, reasonable, and the savings was fantastic!!"
